Subject: [PATCH] patch 9.0.1331: illegal memory access when using :ball in
 Visual mode

Problem:    Illegal memory access when using :ball in Visual mode.
Solution:   Stop Visual mode when using :ball. (Pavel Mayorov, closes #11923)
