g2clib 依赖 jasper, 但 jasper 仓库属于关闭状态: https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/jasper 上有给出的理由是软件本身无人维护, 但仓库目前已经有人继续维护.
推荐使用替代品 openjpeg2: https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/openjpeg2
