由于切换到了华为云后，部分包在使用qemu-user的docker沙盒下会卡死，例如 flann robotraconteur eigenpy zenoh-plugin-dds
暂时解决的方法是将其置于qemu沙盒
对某个包指定沙盒模式请参考https://build.tarsier-infra.com/package/view_file/Factory:RISC-V:Rust/rust157/_constraints?expand=1 上传这个_constraints到对应包上即可，功能类似_service，只不过是用于指定沙盒。
